Kozmik Work S P A C E is, first and foremost, a story about family and community. The Victoros family has lived and run businesses in the Archway area of North London for over three generations, building strong ties to the local community.
In 2019, my brother Costa and I decided to create something of our own, a shared workspace in Archway where local businesses and freelancers could come together. Our vision was to build a space that felt professional yet personal, modern but rooted in tradition. Most of all, we wanted to offer people a better way to work, side by side with others, not alone.

The journey was shaped in part by the COVID-19 pandemic. While it initially slowed our progress, it also confirmed what we believed all along: working from home isn’t always as appealing as it sounds. The lack of structure, isolation, and distractions often reduces productivity. Kozmik was our answer, a place that offers flexible workspaces in North London with high-spec tech and a quiet, focused atmosphere.
