Covid-19 Policy

The safety and wellbeing of our team and our community members is our priority. With that in mind, we have put in place a number of safety measures that ensure that our workspace can operate within government guidelines, and enable everyone in our spaces to feel safe on their return to the office.
We regularly review all measures in line with the latest government advice and revise as necessary.

Air quality​

We have installed a fresh air air-conditioning system that XXX

Masks at all times

It’s a pain, we know, but we ask all members using shared spaces to wear masks. Members not complying will be asked to mask up, or leave. We owe it to all members to uphold this.

Reduced desk capacity

To ensure social distancing in our shared desk area, we have temporarily reduced the capacity in order to ensure a minimum 2m gaps between desks.

Hot Desk = Fixed Desk

For the time being, your chosen “hot desk” will be yours for the duration of your stay – no desk hopping mid-morning!

Increased cleaning of high frequency touchpoints

All high frequency touchpoints will be cleaned regularly throughout the day, including but not limited to door handles, communal work tops, screens etc.

Hand gel & wipes widely available in all shared spaces

Hand sanitiser and wipes are freely available across all spaces.

Reduced recommended occupancy for shared spaces

All shared spaces will be signposted with the recommended occupancy capacity to ensure social distancing.

NHS Track & Trace

We have implemented the NHS Tracks & Trace app in our space.

As you can see, we have put in place a number of practical measures that ensure our spaces comply with government guidelines and enable our business community to get back to work in a safe environment.
